I consider Matt the best person I've worked with in the analytics industry. However, one moment stands out that is actually outside of that. 

We went on a Logan Tod / PwC skiing trip and I'd never been skiing before. Matt could have gone on some more advanced slopes but he made a point of supporting me through the three days even though it must have been infuriating waiting.

Even though I crashed into a plastic penguin at one point his help made me thoroughly enjoy the trip, when it might have otherwise been boring/lonely.

This is just one example amongst many of him putting others before himself. Thanks Matt and you will be missed. Andrew
