Dedicated to the memory of Matt
Matts final wish was to remain at home, surrounded by his family, and with the help and support of Greenwich and Bexley Hospice we were able to fulfil that wish.
No words can ever convey what that support meant to Matt, and us as a family. But we hope that raising funds in Matts memory will help other families to receive the same help and support we did during the most difficult of times.
